Failure to adhere to this condition will result in a charge. • In cases of rain, jumpers may accumulate water • Somersaults, rough housing, and flips are not allowed in the jumper. No shoes, no food, no gum, no drinks, no sharp objects, no silly string, confetti, or other colorants are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS • Children entering the jumper must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Security deposit must be paid with cash only. • All items rented directly from the store must be returned by the date listed to receive the security deposit back. Failure to adhere may result in a nonrefundable security deposit, and other charges may apply. • All items must be paid in full prior to delivery. Failure to adhere will result in forfeiture of all items and equipment rented. • Rental items will only be delivered 50ft from where the delivery truck is parked. • Jumpers that are not waterslides MUST NOT be hosed with water/sprinklers. Failure to adhere may result in additional charges. • Once jumpers have been completely set up, please DO NOT move them from their original location • JUNIORS PARTY RENTAL CORPORATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY DURING RENTAL HOURS. LEASE OF LIABILITY: CUSTOMER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROPER USE OF EQUIPMENT RENTED. ALL RENTED ITEMS ARE IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION AND WILL BE USED IN THEIR INTENDED CAPACITY. This release is intended to include, but is not limited to, liability due to the lessor's negligence, regardless of whether such negligence is passive. This release is intended to discharge the lessor from all liability for any injury to all persons and all property contended with the lease of the property specified herein. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, loss of the use of property, physical injury, death, loss of profits, injury to goodwill, injury to reputation, and all other forms of consequential injury and damage, regardless of whether such injury or damage is called or characterized.
